Inulin

It is a healthy food ingredient with natural origin, a soluble “prebiotic” dietary fiber with texturizing properties and a great taste that provides health benefits.

It is obtained from chicory root or Jerusalem artichoke.

Applications:

As flavor enhancer, building stronger, denser bones in meat, bakery, ice creams, desserts, dairy, health and nutrition, beverage, jams, confectionery and fruit preparation category.

Honey Powder

It is a dry honey product made from pure honey converted to a free flowing powder.

It has the same avor, color and functional bene ts of liquid honey, but thanks to the dry, free growing granular form, it can be used in dry technology applications or where the product constraints previously prevented use of liquid honey.

As natural sweetener, in coatings, avors, marinades, sauces and ready meals, all types of dry mix systems, cosmetic industry.

Stevia

It is extracted from the leaves of the perenial plant species “Stevia rebaudiana” growing in Brazil and Paraguay.
It contains no calories, lowers blood sugar levels and improves digestions, it is antibacterial and it can be used with high temperatures.

As low-calories sweetener and sugar substitute (stevia powder sweetens about 100 times more than normal sugar); used in confectionery, food and beverages.
